Ordering

Orders are for collection only from 02 Commercial Street, London E1 6LP at the pickup time you choose. Prices are in pounds sterling and are the final price you pay.

Payment

You pay by card online through SumUp when you place the order. Your order is confirmed once payment succeeds.

Time slots

We hold your chosen slot for a short time while you pay. If payment is not completed, the slot is released and nothing is charged.

Changes and cancellations

Because food is made fresh, please call us on 07762138556 as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. If we cancel an order or cannot supply an item, we will refund you.

Collecting

Please collect within 15 minutes of your pickup time so your food is at its best. Please quote your order number at the counter.

Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
